Hi! I stumbled on your website while helping my husband do some background research for his master's thesis. He's studying to be a geriatric nurse practitioner. Oddly enough, I'm an OB/GYN, so I liked your site! His research project focuses on hiring practices of rural hospitals and clinics, specifically for NP's vs. MD's. I read through some of your comments on Non-Physician Practitioners in Medicine. Is that in response to some report, article or speech, and if so is there a way to read the original? Mainly he is looking for information about cost analyses between NP's and MD's. Hopefully you will get this message--thanks and I look forward to a reply.
